This still holds true today, the achemical desire to transform metals into a purer state being merely the outward expression of an inner quest for personal transformation.

With this in mind, THE ALCHEMISTS aim to offer a practical and experiential approach to training, growth and change, affording participants the time and space in which to realise their potential and to make personal discoveries that lead to illumination, inspiration and transformation.

By focusing on the 3 Impacts of communication namely the kinaesthetic, linguistic and imagistic (verbal and physical), we provide the tools and techniques with which participants can experiment, and thereby discover, what works best for them. In the process they gain greater insight into such things as personal values, potential and interests with the express purpose of finding ways not only to give those values outward form and expression, but also how to align them with business objectives.

THE ALCHEMISTS use a holistic, creative approach in order to exercise, challenge and develope both the cerebral and the intuitive in order to provide events that continue to impact both personally and professionally, long after the event's conclusion.

In our 'lab' we aim to provide the space and the spark with which the transformative process is fired, whilst in turn, participants provide the raw materials from which enriched working lives are forged through a process of deep transformation.
